Barnt Green Solo Open Results

BGSC welcomed seven entrants to the 2019 Solo Open. The forecast of increasing winds and squally showers may have deterred some of the travelling helms but competition in the three races was healthy.

The overall placings after 3 races with one discard were:

1st Place - Charlie Chandler - Tewkesbury Sailing Club

2nd Place - Steven Bishop - Girton Sailing Club

3rd Place - Dave Badger - Bartley Sailing Club

4th Place - Iain Carpenter - Northampton Sailing Club

5th Place - Bob Suggitt - Barnt Green Sailing Club

6th Place - Matt Newton-Sherlock - Barnt Green Sailing Club

7th Place - Richard Blunt - Barnt Green Sailing Club
