Open Water Swimming

Upper Bittell reservoir and the surrounding estate is private property managed by Barnt Green Waters. The reservoirs are not available for public open water swimming.

However, we have an arrangement with Birmingham Running, Athletic and Triathlon Club (BRAT club) who offer open water swimming in the reservoir on Thursday evenings during the summer season (May to September).
