New Sailing Instructions and Guidance for Race Officers and Safety Teams

As we gear up for the Arden Estates Spring Series, we are excited to announce that the 2026 Sailing Instructions (SIs) and updated Guidance for Race Officers and Safety Teams are now officially in effect.

While we recommend everyone gives the documents a full read, there are two major rule changes to keep on your radar:

New Warning Signal: We are switching to Flag B as the warning signal for club racing.

Simplified Penalties: Good news for those "oops" moments—the penalty is now just a one-turn penalty (one tack and one gybe).
