| Time | Activity | Instructions |
|---|---|---|
| 06:00pm | Duty Team | Duty Team Arrive (Launch safety boats x 2, hoist Union Flag, hoist Club Burgee, set race course, put out Signing on Sheet). |
| 7:00pm | Racing | Pursuit Race - length 60 minutes. |
| 8:30pm | Duty Team | Ensure all craft are off the water by driving the safety boat out to communicate directly with sailors (do not rely on shore hails). If sailors wish to stay out, a formal handover must occur requiring an approved buddy system and, for under-16s, another adult present at the Club. Never recover safety boats while sailors are still afloat without this agreed transition. Once all craft are accounted for, recover those safety boats agreed in the handover and lock club buildings (except for the clubhouse if members are socialising). |
