Notification of Annual General Meeting And Prize Giving

Dear Member,

It's that time of year again when we hold our Club’s Annual General Meeting and Prize Giving. For this year we will be holding both events on Sunday 29th November, straight after Frostbite Sailing.

The proceedings will commence with one of Sally Hall’s famous meals at 2pm. Please advise Sally by Wednesday 25th on telephone number 01527 878821 if you wish to book a meal. The cost is £6.50 for adults and £3.50 for Children.  The AGM will follow at 3pm. The meeting agenda will be forwarded to members very soon.

This is a great opportunity for everyone to review the activities of the Club during the past 12 months. It is also a good opportunity for you to have your say!

The occasion will conclude with the Prize Giving at 3.45pm. Whether you have been successful in winning a prize this year, or not, it's sure to be a great afternoon. Remember to make a note in your diary and I hope to see you on the 29th.
